If you are very intelligent, you need to choose submission as a way of life. Extreme intellect is rare, so you will not always have the luxury of working with or being led by your equals or people who are more intelligent than you. So, you must choose to submit.
I know you think you know better. I know you can even manipulate situations until you get what you want. But, it takes character to submit. It makes you stronger. It puts more focus on the overall goal than on what you want as an individual.
Even when you’re right, sometimes allow people to be wrong, so they can learn and grow.
