It is said you’re only as relevant as your last hit. While some take this to mean one cannot be hot forever, relevance is dynamic and can be reignited multiple times.
If you’re 50 and create a hit, you will be relevant all over again. Take music for instance. In the club, no one cares whether a beat was made by a 50- or 20-year-old, as long as the song is sweet.
So, focus on your content and craft, not your age. Your relevance can be independent of it. For one thing is true – If you give the market what they want, they will buy it.
